We’ve built our hosting to be simple, reliable, and easy to manage. Whether you’re launching your first website or moving over from another provider, everything is designed to just work without the usual hassle.
How Everything Is Set Up
There are two main areas you’ll use:
Client Area
This is where you manage your account, services, billing, and support.
cPanel
This is where your website, email accounts, and files are managed.
You’ll normally log in to your client area first, then access cPanel from there.
Getting Started (First Steps)
If you’ve just signed up, here’s what we recommend doing first:
- Log in to your client area
- Access your cPanel
- Create your first email address
- Connect your domain (if it’s not already set up)
You’ll find step-by-step guides for each of these in this knowledge base.
Where to Find Things
Everything you need is in one place:
- Your hosting services → inside your client area
- Your website and emails → inside cPanel
- Your invoices → sent via our billing system
If you’re ever unsure where something is, this is usually the quickest way to figure it out.
A Quick Note on Support
If you need help at any point, just raise a support ticket through your client area.
The more detail you can include, the quicker we can get things sorted.
