How It’s Set Up

There are two parts:

Client Area (Your Account)
This is where you manage your hosting services, domains, and support.

Billing System (Invoices & Payments)
Your invoices and payments are handled separately through our secure billing system.

Receiving Your Invoice

When your renewal is due:

  • You’ll receive an invoice by email
  • The email will include a secure payment link
  • You can view and download your invoice at any time

How Payments Work

To pay your invoice:

  • Click the payment link in your invoice email
  • Follow the secure checkout process
  • Once paid, your service continues as normal

Automatic Renewals

Your services are set to renew automatically based on your billing cycle.

We’ll always send reminders before any payment is due - no surprises.

What Happens After Payment

Once your invoice is paid:

  • Your service remains active
  • You’ll receive confirmation of payment
  • Your next billing date will be updated
