How It’s Set Up
There are two parts:
Client Area (Your Account)
This is where you manage your hosting services, domains, and support.
Billing System (Invoices & Payments)
Your invoices and payments are handled separately through our secure billing system.
Receiving Your Invoice
When your renewal is due:
- You’ll receive an invoice by email
- The email will include a secure payment link
- You can view and download your invoice at any time
How Payments Work
To pay your invoice:
- Click the payment link in your invoice email
- Follow the secure checkout process
- Once paid, your service continues as normal
Automatic Renewals
Your services are set to renew automatically based on your billing cycle.
We’ll always send reminders before any payment is due - no surprises.
What Happens After Payment
Once your invoice is paid:
- Your service remains active
- You’ll receive confirmation of payment
- Your next billing date will be updated
